Description

Some Mexican cultures call felines “techas”, especially jaguars.

In this piece by E. Robledo we can see the representation of the dance of the “tecuanes”, which is practiced in southern Mexico.

In this dance, the dancers wear jaguar skins and wear masks that represent the felines.
