E. Robledo is a Mexican artist who seeks to capture Mexican traditions and mysticism.

In this work, we can appreciate a tribute to a mythical character called “tiemperos”, who can be defined as “specialists in the magical handling of the weather”. It refers to magical characters who can control atmospheric phenomena. Therefore, in this work we can observe a being who has on his chest elements related to the weather.
